Steps for Fruit Salad with Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

1 Minute

Prepare Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing

Shake all ingredients (vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, and poppy seed) in a tightly covered jar or container. Before pouring over fruit salad, shake again.

2 Minutes

Slice the apples and apricots

Cut the unpeeled apple into slices, and peel and slice the apricots (or nectarines).

2 Minutes

Prepare the Orange

Peel the orange, then cut along the membrane of both sides of one orange section. Remove that section, and continue with the rest of the orange. Then cut the other one (you'll use only a small part of the second orange).

4 Minutes

Cut the pineapple

Cut the pineapple lengthwise into fourths. Cut off the rind and the core. Cut the pineapple into chunks, removing any "eyes" or spots left from the rind.

5 Minutes

Prepare the Green Grapes

After washing thoroughly the green grapes, cut every piece in half.

2 Minutes

Finish the Fruit Salad with Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

Mix (put all your strength in it) the fruits and the dressing in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.

As I told you above, due to the honey dressing you can keep this salad in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days. The best temp for this kind of dessert is to be kept at 3-5°C // 37-41°F. As for freezing, I do not recommend freezing this fruit dessert, not even for a day.
