2 tablespoons Water
Variation
Instead of Soy Sauce, add 3 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos

Steps for Vegan & Oriental Stir-Fried Zucchini

Prepare the zucchini and green onion

Cut the zucchini into cubes without peeling them. Also, cut the green onion.

Start Cooking

Spray the skillet with cooking spray. Add oil, water, zucchini, and the green onion. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring until the water evaporates.

After the water is evaporated, put the mixture into two serving dishes. Sprinkle the soy sauce or liquid aminos over the mixture and you will have a healthy, vegan & oriental stir-fried zucchini meal. Enjoy!

Liquid Aminos is a more American style, and if you want to “Amecarinize” the recipe, use the Aminos. If you use soy sauce for the stir-fried zucchini, use light soy sauce to flavor it without darkening the dish.
