- 2 14-inch Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup sliced black Olives
- 3 tablespoons Capersrinsed and drained
- 2 large Red Pepperseeded and chopped lengthwise
- 2 large Tomatoesthinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons extra virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Vegan Mozzarella
You can also add..
- 1/8 cup Garlicfinely chopped
Cook the veggies
Slice the tomatoes and red peppers (lengthwise). In a saucepan, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and add the veggies. Cook for about 1 minute.
Fill the pizza crusts with the topping
Sprinkle two ready-to-bake pizza crusts with the vegan Mozzarella, olives, capers, and pepper. Top with the sliced tomatoes and drizzle with the rest the olive oil.
Bake the vegan Pizza
Bake the pizzas in the oven, following the instructions for the pizza crust (the heat to max 220 F).
