I have a friend who adopted the raw vegan lifestyle and asked me for a simple, yet tasty recipe. There are a lot of raw vegan soups on the internet, but since he asked me, I wanted to prepare something delicious. The first ingredient that came to my mind was a carrot, and the second thing was almonds. It isn’t just the flavor of those two, but the soup design is awesome. Adding to the soup some onions also and seasonings, it will be a great and simple dish. But as with every soup, something was missing, and asked him if I could use homemade vegetable broth to add an even greater flavor. After I made this raw vegan soup, I called him and invited him to eat. He was overpleased!
Can you freeze or refrigerate raw vegan carrot soup?
