1/3 cup warm Water
1 clove of Garlic chopped
1 tablespoon Liquid Aminos

4 Whole wheat Tortillas
7 tablespoons Chickpea Dip from the one you made first
2 medium Carrots
2 medium Tomatoes
4 leaves of Green Salad
1 medium Red Pepper
1 small Cucumber

Prepare the Veggies

Cut all the veggies into thin pieces. Set aside the ingredients for veggie wraps.

Prepare the Chickpea Dip

Place all ingredients together in the food processor or blend them with a blender. Blend until dip is creamy, adding water as needed.

Prepare the Veggie Wrap

Spread Chickpea Veggie Dip on a tortilla and line with a green salad. Top with the veggies shown in the ingredient list and roll-up. Enjoy!

To this recipe can be also added various other ingredients, such as boiled or cooked vegetables, yogurt, various spices, obtaining a more elaborate hummus (for example, pumpkin hummus, red beet, artichoke, etc.), but if you want to eat it with veggie wrap keep it simple. The chickpea dip is a very good alternative to classic meat patties and is a good idea (recommended) to vary the sources of protein we consume. You can adjust its consistency by adding water, but better to make it creamy. The chickpea is also good to be eaten with apples!
