Recipe's Ingredients

1 Lb. Ground Beef
1.3 cup Minute Rice
1 Finely Chopped Onion small onion is required
2 tablespoons Butter
1 can Tomato Sauce 14-16 oz.
1/4 Cup Water
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
Additional
Diced Celery Stalk you can add it to change the taste a bit
3 tablespoons Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese put it on top

Prepare the Ground Beef

First, preheat the oven at 375 Degrees. Then start the hob at Medium heat and put 1 Lb. ground beef into a large frying pan. Cook for 12-14 Minutes, stirring frequently until the beef is browned. Put salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Casserole Dish

In a pan, saute one small Onion (chopped) in 2 tablespoons of Butter. Place the Minute Rice in a casserole dish (grease first) and fill it with cooked onions.

The final touch

Place the beef over the rice and cooked onions, in the casserole. Combine 1 can of tomato sauce with 1/4 cup water and pour into the casserole. Place the Ground Beef and Rice Casserole into the oven and cook uncovered for 35 minutes. Keep the temperature at 375 degrees (preheated at STEP 1). On top of the ground beef, you can add Cheddar Cheese or Mozzarella. 2-3 tablespoons should be enough.
