When it comes to pasta, Italian people are unrivaled and known to eat pasta more than once every day. As the world’s largest producers and consumers, they have millions of pasta recipes, and nowadays are still inventing new ones. The most popular Italian dishes are Pasta Bolognese and Carbonara. With over 350 different shapes and a virtually endless number of possible combinations of ingredients, the Italians created the biggest pasta industry in the world.
